GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Registration
- Fill in the application form.
- Submit the application by post, fax or email.
- Send in the 30% deposit payment with the application, possible by credit card or wire transfer.
- For last minute bookings (less than 1 month before arrival), full payment should be made at the time of application.
Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation of your course and accommodation upon receipt of the deposit, together with the invoice.
- Approximately 1 month before arrival, if the full payment has been received, you will get the details of your stay (accommodation information and address, information for first day and final confirmation of the various elements of the programme).
- Visa support documents will be provided only after receipt of the full payment.
- If you have booked a transfer we must be informed of your arrival details at least a week in advance.
Payment
- The full programme cost (no matter the type of course or accommodation) should be paid 1 month before arrival.
- Payments can be done either by credit card or wire transfer in euros.
- Bank fees should be paid by the client.
- If payment is made by wire transfer, please send us a copy of the wire by fax.
Cancellation / Modification
- Earlier than 1 month prior to arrival: full refund less the deposit.
- 1 month to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the fees will be charged.
- 15 days to 1 day prior to arrival: 90% of the fees will be charged.
- 24h before arrival or later: no refund.
- Students who start but do not finish their programme will not be refunded any of the fees.
- Cancellation for visa denial with Embassy proof: full refund less a 150.00 euros administration fee.
- Modification regarding dates or accommodation before arrival: same as cancellation.
- Modification in the type of accommodation or number of classes after arrival: no refund.
Deposit
- A deposit will be asked upon arrival at your accommodation.
- The “taxe de séjour” (local stay tax - for hotels and residences only) payment will be asked upon departure.
